FRP Stub Flanges & Manway	Manufactured to conform to PS 15-69 & ASTM D5421. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner. Hand laid, integral type construction, woven roving used continuously from flange face to hub for 3 inches size and larger. Uniform external surface and stub outside diameter stub end surface prepared for immediate bonding. Bolt holes of drilled flanges are spot-faced and coated with resin. Standard stock items available in DERAKANE "MOMENTUM" 411 and 470, Derakane 441-400, Hetron FR992SB.
FRP Elbows	Manufactured to conform to PS 15-69. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner. Hand laid one piece construction. Standard stock items available in DERAKANE "MOMENTUM" 411 and 470, Derakane 441-400, Hetron FR992SB.
FRP Couplings	Threads are Filament Wound. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner. Corrosion liner is built after threads for maximum corrosion. Machined finished without top coat.
FRP Filament Wound Pipe	Manufactured in accordance with ASTM-D2996. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner. 150 psi ratings are suitable for operating temperatures to 220 degree F. 54 to 56 degree Helical Winding for maximum strength suitable for high working pressure. C-veil + Mirror shine Glossy exterior finishing for extra weathering and corrosion protection.
FRP Hand-Laid Pipe	All hand laid pipe laminates are manufactured in accordance with PS 16-69 and ASTM-D6041. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner. Suitable for operating temperatures up to 220 degree F. Uniform thickness and 100 mil resin rich laid up suitable for high corrosion but lower working pressure application. C-veil + resin (no wax) top coat for superior corrosion resistance.
FRP U-Vents	FRP U-Vents are hand laid-up Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic to meet PS-15-69. FRP U-Vents are laminated with resin-rich liner. FRP U-Vents are produced in one piece construction without seam. 90 degree elbow radius equal to 1.5 times the inner diameter. Standard inventory available in Derakane Momentum 411,470. MEKP CURED: C-Veil + Nexus + 2 Mat 100 mil resin rich corrosion liner. BPO CURED: C-Veil + Double Nexus + 2 Mat resin rich corrosion liner.
