If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or received wrong items, we will be happy to schedule the return shipment; exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase.
If you ordered by mistake or no longer need the products, or return after 30 days, please contact us for authorization first and ship them back to us on your own expense. After inspection and make sure the return items are in new condition, we will refund your purchase less the 10% restocking fee and outbound shipping costs.
**Although we are 100% confidence of the quality of our products and packaging, damages could still happen while products are in transition or delivery. Please inspect and make sure packages are in good condition, refuse any damage packages or mark "Damaged" on the BOL when carrier made the delivery. If "Damaged Shipment" received without inspection and no comments on BOL, we can't guarantee for replacement or refund because carrier will refused the claim due to lack of evidence.
