Return Policy:

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority.  We are 100% guarantee the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or received wrong items, we will be happy to schedule the return shipment; exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase. All returns are subject to restocking fees of 25% of the purchase price and outbound shipping & return shipping fees.

If you ordered by mistake or no longer need the products, or return after 30 days, please contact us for authorization first and ship them back to us on your own expense. After inspection and make sure the return items are in new condition, we will refund your purchase less the 25% restocking fee and our outbound shipping fees & your return shipping fees.

    1.  All returns are subject to restocking fees of 25% of the purchase price and outbound shipping & return shipping fees. Litek reserve the right to assess the restocking fee and outbound shipping & return shipping fees against the customer’s account or deduct the fee from the refund amount on all returns.
    1. All hazardous material and fabrics are NOT eligible for return.

If you return an item within the item’s return policy period, and in accordance with the Return Policy,

you will receive a refund to the original form of payment for the items listed below.

  • Wrong items shipped.
  • 100% of the item’s purchase price AND free return shipping label
  • Unopened items returned in the original condition as shipped.
  • 100% of the item's purchase price but you are responsible for any return shipping costs, outbound shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee.

 

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected and No refund.

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, missing accessories,        or showing obvious misuse not due to Litek error.
  • No refund and you are responsible for any return shipping costs. Rejected items will be returned to the customer at customer's own cost.

 

**Although we are 100% confidence of the quality of our products and packaging, damages could still happen while products are in transition or delivery. Please inspect and make sure packages are in good condition, refuse any damage packages or mark "Damaged" on the BOL when carrier made the delivery. If "Damaged Shipment" received without inspection and no comments on BOL, we can't guarantee for replacement or refund because carrier will refused the claim due to lack of evidence.
